Our flagship model is the Avatime Eco-Tourism Programme in Ghana’s Volta Region, a conservation-led and community-centred tourism initiative that has been developed to a bankable stage and is currently being advanced for investor engagement and funding mobilisation ahead of implementation. The programme is designed to integrate eco-lodge development, adventure attractions, cultural heritage interpretation, enterprise incubation and environmental stewardship within a single destination platform. It is positioned both as a destination development model and as a catalyst for rural economic transformation, with strong potential for replication across mountain, forest and coastal settings in the Global South.
